Nicole Tokuc, RMT

A dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a passion for helping my clients recover and thrive. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of professional settings, including physiotherapy clinics and medical day spas. I’ve also had the privilege of working with professional athletes and post-surgical rehab patients, allowing me to refine my skills in treating specific needs and enhancing recovery.

I specialize in treatment-focused massage using a combination of deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching. I believe strongly in educating my patients about the importance of strengthening exercises and stretching. I want you to play an active role in your recovery, not just rely on treatment.

I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and continue my education so I can offer a wider range of therapeutic modalities to help you achieve both your short-term and long-term wellness goals.
