Massage therapy treatments are curated to the specific need of each client. The therapist and client work together to achieve desired goal. 

Clients can expect Soft Tissue Release, Active and Passive Fascial Stretching,Cupping (Static and Dynamic), IASTM, percussive therapy, and relaxation techniques. 

Treatment plans are created on an individual basis, to meet each clients specific needs. This is done through orthopaedic assessments, reviewing health history forms as well as a brief client interview before the treatment begins.

While the therapist will recommend treatment techniques, it is still always at the clients discretion and preference.
